I used this test case to help put together v14, which I'm uploading now. I wasn't able to reproduce the problem to the extent you shared, but I did notice more variation than I'd like.
I tested NSFW 11.1, 12, 13 and 14 for character consistency. 11.1 does best, 12 does worst, 13 does a bit better than 12 and 14 does a bit better than 13. For character consistency, 11.4 still seems best.
I assume there's a lora that started being mixed from version 12 on that does this and Phr00t is trying to mitigate it. Is there any way we can see which loras are included and in which weights?
